PURPOSE:
This is all about getting to know the people in your Advisory and handling the usual school business. The primary goal by the end of this week is to stop referring to the new students to your Advisory as “new” and rather just include them as members of the Advisory.
The secondary foci of this type of activity are:
Showing what your Advisory is and who you are.
Setting a standard for the rest of the school year.
Ensuring everyone feels welcome.
